Ok, I admit it. This really has nothing to do with poker, except that Layla was on the World Poker Tour, or your right to play on-line poker, but, what-the-hell, more people have come to our website looking for information on her that anything else. If you haven’t been following this story, asshole Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear is attempting to to seize 141 online casinos’ Internet domain names. Steve is not concerned about America’s youth or gambling addictions, but horse racing, since that’s his states bread and butter.

A decision handed down by an eastern Pennsylvania judge has decreed that poker is a game of skill rather than luck, dismissing cases against a defendant jailed after hosting a poker game. The decision also bolsters the growing mountain of evidence that poker’s skill element is the predominant factor in long-term success.

My brother told me the other day that he has been playing on Poker Stars. He told me that it’s gotten very easy to get his money onto his account.
