This is what a guy looks like that who urinates on a policeman after his 5th drunk driving arrest. Yes, that right, this asshole has been arrested for drunken driving FIVE times. This is the kind of guy that needs to be put away on a prison island. I mean, I’m all for giving a guy a second chance, but FIVE times? Enough is enough.

But the sad part is, this poor excuse for a human being will get probation! Here is part of the story from the Sheboygan Press.

Daniel L. Shilts Jr., of 720 W. Second St., was sentenced Nov. 30 by Judge Gary Langhoff to the jail term and three years probation, according to court records released Wednesday. A three-year prison sentence was imposed and stayed, meaning Shilts will serve the prison time if his probation is revoked.
