The President of the United States is a unique position. The President cannot pass laws, only influence the tone in Washington. I actually would like to see more libertarians elected to Congress. This would put us on the right track more than anything, in my opinion.

You may ask, why would I not vote for Obama? I think he was an ineffective Senator, who didn’t even show up to vote a lot of the time. He is friends with and backed by known communists and progressives, and I believe has these ideas himself. He believes the federal government should raise taxes on everyone to pay for massive healthcare programs. This is socialism. He believes in unfairly taxing people with higher incomes to pay for programs that help others that don’t work. This has never worked in history. It is utopian and goes against real human nature, in that welfare and freebies encourage more laziness and poverty in the recipients, and discourages capitalism and investment of the working classes whose earnings are being gouged to supply these freebies. The Soviets tried this. It failed. Chicago’s public housing projects of the 60’s have failed miserably and have all been thankfully torn down. And I have never given money to the dozens of beggars I pass in the street every day, because this encourages begging as a way to make a living. It doesn’t encourage actual employment, where these beggars are contributing to society.

I strongly believe in NO FREE LUNCH. I believe in holding parents responsible for their children, criminals being held responsible for their crimes, truth in sentencing, the right to a SPEEDY trial, and the death penalty. Liberals have great ideas regarding social ideas regarding gay rights, women’s rights, drug rights. But I am totally against the government meddling to get these issues pushed using taxpayer money. Ultimately, I believe federal political positions should be held by constitutional conservatives, with the social issues dealt with by the states and municipalities. Nothing is fixed by throwing money at it. And that is my position!

So, David Belniak was drunk, rear ending a car at a red light and killed three people. He got 12 years in prison. He was lucky he didn’t get life! And now, even though witnesses saw him driving erratically at an estimated 70 mph, and not slowing down at the intersection, is suing the dead driver of the NOT MOVING car because he said the driver switched lanes! Fuck You David Belniak!

Virginia lawmaker: Children with disabilities are God’s punishment to women who previously had abortions.

I am always surprised that stupidity of things that spew from politicians mouths. This one takes the cake. Virginia State Delegate Bob Marshall (R) says that there are children born handicap because their mothers had abortions previously.

Here is what he said . . .

“The number of children who are born subsequent to a first abortion with handicaps has increased dramatically. Why? Because when you abort the first born of any, nature takes its vengeance on the subsequent children,” said Marshall, a Republican.

Now, is God really this much of an angry prick to punish little children for the “Sins” there mothers are guilty of? Any be “sins”, I mean things that Bob and the like tell us are sins.

The more I hear about God from these assholes, the more I think he (or she) needs therapy.

That is an from Yahoo News. The story is about a Kentucky women, Stella Harville, (are we surprised) that is in love and engaged to be married to a man from Zimbabwe, Ticha Chikuni. Wait, huh, this man is not white like all those god fear church goers?

The church is called “The Gulnare Freewill Baptist Church”  and as far as I’m concerned, these “Christian” are full of shit and should be ashamed of themselves. as the father of the Stella said about the church’s ban, “It sure ain’t Christian,” Dean Harville said. “It ain’t nothing but the old devil working.”

First, let talk about the scam or the ultimate marketing strategy.

The genius of the sporting world is naming sports teams by cities. The only reason people have any allegiance to a team it because it is named after the big city they grew up in, or by. In most cases, these teams are owned by big corporations and families and have no more importance to you that any big company located in your area. It is the name that does it. Would I be a huge Bears fan if is was the McCaskey Bears? I’m not so sure.

It is that power these teams have by naming themselves after big cities that leads to my next scam marketing strategy. The selling of merchandise. I have long had a rule against buying any sports merchandise. If fact, I have got a hard time in the past at the company I work for when they had a Bears/Packers day and I didn’t wear a Bears shirt. Here is my thought. People are paying 5 times or more for a shirt for the privilege of wearing a corporate advertising logo on it. You’re a walking billboard for a large, money making machine and you paid a huge amount of cash to do so. Genius.

And now these players and owners, millionaires and billionaires are fighting over money and could give a damn about you. Why? They know you are loyal and you flock like sheep to go back to the game. You’ll stand in line to pay $9 for a beer and won’t think twice about it. People pay for personal seat license, which gives them the right to buy a fucking seat! PAY FOR THE RIGHT TO BUY A SEAT! think about it. And no mater how this works out, the game will eventually be played again and the prices will go up and YOU WILL PAY. You are paying men to play a game with your hard earned money. Prices will go up and you might bitch a little but you will standing in line and buying a shirt for $75 and think you got a deal.

For me, it is time to let it go. I might watch a game on TV if I have nothing better to do but going to a game? Hell, even if I wanted to, I couldn’t afford it.
